We will then conduct a thorough appraisal and promptly inform you of our assessment regarding the market value, as well as a realistic sale price. Additionally, we will provide you with an estimated timescale for the sale.
Once we have reached an agreement on the value and timescales, we will arrange a visit to physically assess the furniture at your location. If the furniture is deemed to be in a saleable condition, we will proceed to capture professional photographs and take precise measurements. These details will be promptly shared across our network of websites, maximising the exposure of your furniture to potential buyers.
Throughout the process, we understand the importance of keeping our clients informed. Therefore, we will provide regular updates on the progress of the sale, including any offers made by prospective customers.
To accommodate the varying needs of our clients, we offer flexible contract options of 3, 6, and 12 months. This allows us to cater to the unique characteristics of each item, as some may require a longer selling period due to factors such as popularity and fashion trends.

Collection and Delivery
We organise professional collection and delivery of your furniture once a sale is completed, taking the stress out of the sales process. We will liaise with the customer to make sure your furniture is delivered in exactly the same condition it left you.
Immediate Furniture Removal and Storage
We acknowledge that there are instances when furniture needs to be removed from a premises. Our company provides a comprehensive solution by offering removal and storage services while simultaneously advertising your items. As part of our process, the majority of these items will be showcased in our shop located in Kent, providing an additional opportunity to attract potential customers. It is important to note that removal and storage services are subject to a commission based on the final sale price. Please be aware that pricing may vary depending on the specific circumstances.

A one off fee of £155 is charged for the visit, appraisal, photography and population of websites.

A one off fee of £195 is charged for the visit, appraisal, photography and population of websites.

A one off fee of £295 is charged for the visit, appraisal, photography and population of websites.
